Q:  How do forwarding numbers work? A: You choose your own phone numbers and configure the "destination" number(s) using our web interface or by calling customer service. When our system receives an incoming call on your number, the call will instantly forward to the destination phone number(s) you specify. The caller does not enter a PIN or hear any prompts.
Q:  Can I forward my original cellular phone number to the virtual number? If yes, then what happens? A: Yes, you can forward your original cellular phone number to the virtual number we provides to you, in this case, all the calls to your cellular phone will be forwarded to the virtual number and then forwarded to your destination number, so you have to make sure to do this step only at the time you leaving the country.
Q:  Can I forward multiple numbers to the same destination number ? A: Yes, we specialize in call centers and our system can handle thousands of calls at the same time. Many of our customers run high-volume call centers and distribute incoming calls among their groups of operators. Contact us for more details
Q:  How long does it take to activate my new phone numbers ? A: If authorizing using a credit card, your new phone numbers will be activated instantly (your credit card will not be charged until your free trial is over).
If paying by Wire Transfer, Money Order, Check, or Cash, your new phone numbers will be activated the instant we post the payment to your account.
Instant activation is available for any phone numbers listed on our website.
Q:  Is there a minimum commitment ? A: ?It depends on what plans you subscribed, if you subscribe monthly package, you are just responsible for monthly minimum for the month in which you cancel. However, if you subscribe yearly plan, it cannot be cancelled until the contract expires.
Q:  Are there any setup fees ? A:? it depends, ICF numbers from some countries need to pay set up fee, however, we have no set up fee for Vancouver number. .
Q: Do you offer discounts for? high-volume accounts ? A: Yes. If you use over $500 per month in calls, we can offer you a discount. Contact us for details.
