Q: Can I use the long distance calls service out of Vancouver?

A: You can use our system to make long distance call in China, Hong Kong, any cities in USA, any cities in Canada at the moment, more countries will be added in the near future.

Q: Is all my cost the same when calling from different countries?

A: All the charges will be different depend on where you call and where you call from, please refer to our website for details information.

Q: Do I need to pay extra money when I make long distance calls outside Vancouver?

A: No you do not need to pay extra money, all the long distance charges you make will be deducted from your Vancouver account automatically, it is very convenient for our customer when travel to different places.

Q: Is there any different procedure to dial long distance calls in different countries?

A: The only different is the access number you have to call before making long distance call, for example, if you make long distance call in Vancouver, you have to dial Vancouver access number 604-484-7292 first, when you travelling to Hong Kong, instead of the Vancouver access number, you have to dial our Hong Kong access number which is 30685868 first, so as in China, the access number is 4007-333-999, and in other place in North America, you have to dial 1-888-863-8646, any of the above access number to bring you to the same voice prompt (Please enter the country number, area code & telephone number you wish to call).

Q: How much can I save compare with use local carrier instead? A: Using our long distance call service platform in different countries can save you averagely more than 75% of your long distance charge compare with the local telecom carriers at your destination.
Q: Can I recharge my long distance services overseas? A: Yes, in case you have used up the money in your prepay account, you can call our local hotline number at your destination to recharge your account.

Q: Can I have call details record statement for the calls I make?

A: Yes, you can request a statement showing all the details for all the calls you make during your trip, however, $2 will be charged for each statement.

Q: Will the money in my prepay account has expiry date?

A: No, there will be no expiry date on your prepay money for long distance call, you can use your money at any time you want.
Q:Can I refund my prepay money if I do not need the service anymore?

A: According to our terms and conditions, you prepay money cannot be refunded except we cannot provide the same service or the service has been disconnected for more than 72 hours.
