Q: Why I need to rent a GSM phone? A: Usually if you are going to a place using different cellular network than Canada, or your GSM phone cannot be unlocked or your phone does not have a SIM socket in it, then you need to rent a phone.
Q: Can I use my GSM phone I brought from Canada at overseas?

A: FIDO and ROGERS usually locked up their mobile phones and limited to use only their SIM in Canada, so before you go to other countries and wish to use other mobile carriers SIM cards, you need to make sure your phone has been unlocked.

Q: How much if the rental phone has problems during my travel?

A: Usually, the phone we give you will be throughout tested to make sure it work perfectly before we rent to you, however if incident happens, depend on where your location is, we will try to give you a replacement (in Hong Kong and Shenzhen only at the moment)

Q: How about if I lost the phone?

A: If the rental phone has been lost, damaged or not returned to us within 7 days after end of rental, our company has the rights to confiscate your deposit to cover the lost and damages.
